Tried to make a too tight slow turn on my xtracycle conv uphill with a 15-20lb unbalanced load.

Bike tipped over to the low side, put my foot down, front wheel came off the ground while the bike was still falling and the chainwheel did this.

Looked graceful as all hell, too.

Ouch! My sister did something like that when she was 12. We were biking to her summer band lessons, and she was hauling her trombone on the back of her bike in this homemade rig my dad created. This worked well until one day when she must have hit some loose gravel or something on the Luce Line trail, she slipped, and the chainwheel stabbed right into her leg. It ended up being deep enough to need stitches.

I wish now I had pictures of that trombone carrier. You guys would actually appreciate it :) .
