Darn. Already started mine in the end of august. If I shave it in October, it won't be back till January and that just won't be all that helpful for December's cold.

My dad guilted me into trying one for Whitetail season this year. We'll see how things look after a month and then decide at that time.

My friend bet me I couldn't make it 3 weeks last year and I almost did until work told me to lose it. Maybe I'll just lose work this year. It's time...

Where the hell do you work, taco bell? It has been a long time since I have heard of a company saying no beards other than food and the military.

I deliver 3 days a week at the Jimmy Johns on Riverside. Supposedly we were going to be audited by corporate 'any day now' and my awful looking facial hair didn't look clean enough.

Oh well. I'm going to give it another go.

I've already begun, only instead of a ful on beardo, it's Motorhead wolverine inspired chops o' doom. Trying to get some good plummage before I heard out on tour at the end of this month. It's gonna be rediculous. I'll post pics when I get some.

a company telling someone to shave their beard is simply un-american. my old roommate had to shave his, but it was for respirator fit testing. i understand a lack of beard if all it did was let hazardous chemicals seep in around a respirator. but i would think a beard at menards would increase sales!

This winter communing attempt may be just the ammo I need to over-ride my wife's "no beard or no booty" policy.

I've never had one and have wanted to try a full beard for a few years now. But I'm a big fan of booty so I always buckle and shave.

My wife is the complete opposite. she was very sad when I shaved cut my dreads that were past my butt.
