What are you doing there? I know a few people living in Korea from MPLS. Not all of them ride but they do drink like hell and sing karaoke. The subway in Seoul is awesome! Why can't we have that here?

Yeah it's the final stage of the Tour de Taiwan. Goes along with the Taipei International Cycling Show that's held at 101.
