I've got a 700C rear wheel I bought from Zekat (or one of the cats, can't recall for sure) about 2 years ago for $75/pair that I no longer use as I sold the frame I was using with it.
Wienman ZAC 17 Rim
Stamped '55 Sturmey Archer Hub (I believe 32 hole)
Stainless spokes
19 tooth cog (I think) + additional cog I never used
Indicator cable and shifter included
This guy is in good shape despite the hub age. I was told it was built by Jim at Hiawatha. I have the front wheel match for another $15 if you buy the rear wheel. Grease is good but I used it last winter and the axle nuts on the front wheel are pretty rusty.
You'll just need a sturmey shifter cable and housing creativity to get this to work for your 700C ride. This wheelset is NOT for the weight weenie.

FYI my special lady friend just picked up a SA cable, housing, and harware set from the hub for $6. so its not going to set you back much.
