Somehow it came off and I didn't even hear it! (had on lots of winter head gear) 4th street and 2nd Ave downtown Minneapolis about 3 PM. Someone picked it up, i am sure because i retraced my route and I would have seen it-Just a big manila folder and U lock- nothing that would identify me...
