Yes, it has been a long time, but she is finally done, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Erik and I actually finished building it up last weekend (watching Conan the Barbarian, mind you) but I've been too damn busy moving into my new house that I have not had time for anything, let alone bike porn. But here we are now...

Some nerdy details:

-Columbus Zona Tube Set
-3 Rensho Fork Crown
-Sugino 75 Crankset and Bottom Bracket
-MKS Royal Nuevo Pedals and Alloy toe cages
-Toshi toe Straps (Holy shit...worth every penny)
-Phil wood high flange track hubs laced 3 cross to deep v's with DT swiss competition spokes
-Conti Gatorskin(rear) and Conti Ultrasport (front)
-King headset
-Nitto Dynamic Stem
-Nitto B123 bars for the track, and some sweet risers I made for the street
-Thomson elite post
-Selle Italia SLR saddle
-KMC superlite chain
-MKS Chain tensioners

It is real track geometry
HT angle is 74.5
ST angle is 75
BB drop is 50mm
Fork rake is about 35mm

I'd rather not say how much this whole setup cost, but I will say that I worked alot of extra shifts and sold most of my other rides to pay for it.

It's a long way to the drops if you wanna rock 'n' roll..

The real track geometry will look hot with your kit up at the velodrone.

It is going up to the track isn't it? What a shame to just ride it around town.

Oh, this baby was most definitely made to ride at the track, and be my fun little hot rod around town. I'm trying to make the saturday open training my regular thing but this house I've just bought is killing all of my time lately. Argghh.

Yeah...I know. Money is tight at the moment and they'll have to do for now.

DAMN, that looks like a sweet ride. Tri-comps work well for a street/mostly track bike. Run them super high for the track and 120 psi for the street.

I saw this on the Rodafixa blog (http://hkfixed.blogspot.com/2008/07/pea ... is-mn.html) and came over here to see if there was a post about it. Looks like there is.

Awesome looking bike!
