After skimming the boards it seemed like there was a need for a thread on businesses that dislike bikes. So…
The Loon Cafe downtown has been vocal about eliminating the bike lanes on 1st. Very bike unfriendly.

I have mixed feelings about whether Block E is bike friendly or not. They disallow you from locking outside their complex, but they mostly just seem to leave you notes saying "please don't lock up here" and they have pretty good bike parking in their parking garage. Whether or not I hate Block E for other reasons would be a different conversation entirely.

I nominate Walgreen's drug stores in general. Most of them never have a bike rack The one closest to my house has a terrible rack that you can only slide your front wheel into.
Get with the program, Walgreen's.

IKEA
for being a European company I would have thought they would have bike racks. When I was last there I couldn't find a spot to lock up. WTF IKEA?
EDIT: I received a PM saying that there are bike racks, but I couldn't find them. If they are there then it was one of my dimmer days...

A roided out bald security guard asked me if I would leave my bag at the counter of CHI LAKE liqorn store.
"I replied no, I'd take my business elsewhere." and turned to leave.
As I was leaving he told me "We don't need your fucking business. Get the fuck out of the store."
I was already outside by this point turned around and said "Excuse me?"
He charged me and screamed "Get the FUCK OUT OF THE STORE"
I unlocked my bike as he pulled out his cellphone and took a picture of me.
As I was riding away I reciprocated his cell phone picture. He turned and saw me through the glass and became ENRAGED.
He charged out of the store and attempted to grab me. I rode away cackling as he shouted "YOU BETTER FUCKING RUN!"
Next time you are at Chi/Lake stop in and politely refuse to take you bag off. And see if a bald steroid enraged security guard with a gun aggressively chases you out of the store and threatens you.
In fact, anyone want to arrange a flashmob of polite bag carrying customers?

Get with the program, Walgreen's. The Walgreen's northeast on Central has a bike rack and they've let me bring my bike in on several occasions of not having my lock on me. I suppose they're all different.

PICS or it doesn't exist. They exist. I remember being the only one locked up in them.

It would've cost about 6 bazillion bucks to build that IKEA megaplex in a "bike friendly location", though. It's easy enough to throw your bike on the light rail to get to the current location.

I went to the Hancock Fabrics in Roseville on Larpenteur and Lexington and very, very politely told the manager that a bike rack would be really great and would increase the likelihood of my returning as a customer. She said, "Can't you just lock up to the trash can?"
