I meant there is a reason I posted those pics in its own thread, with the thread titled "Warning". Kuans' blind link had no such warning, and I think it was deliberate! Confirm or deny Kuanski!

They post from all over the world. There is no reliable mechanism for assuring that a given IP is in a certain country. We do block ranges of IPs when we know they are abusive, but we are not going to block all of Asia and Europe.
