I'm using this as an example of how race calendar / forum integration will be handled. It was the next race coming up on the PHPBB forum. It is really biker_lee's event, not mine, but she doesn't have an account on the new forum yet 
Date 15 Dec Registration 3:30p Smith Hall
Race at 4:00p SHARP
Registration fee: two nonperishable food items (not packaged in glass) for donation to Second Harvest
Some features - approximately 13.5 miles, if you do it right. Not long but will be fun!
Stops will include a cookie decorating stop at a locally owned and locally operated shop... a candy cane stop... and a jingle bell stop....
SMITH HALL is located on the East Bank of the U of MN campus.

Minneapolis
Stops will be in BOTH St. Paul and Minneapolis!
Who's running this thing? SOme students taking my freshman seminar called My Other Car is a Bicycle.
Yes - this is an odd time for a race, but we are doing this as our last class of 2009!
What to bring - your registration fee (two food items), a lock, someway to carry small stuff, and LIGHTS!
